Entries for the photography competition must be received by the specified closing date.
The competition finalists and winner will be decided by staff at 36exp Photography Ltd, and the decision is final.
No feedback can be given on reasons for winning or not winning.
The competition entrant takes responsibility for their ownership of the image entered, and warrants that the image is their own work.
By entering the competition you agree that 36exp Photography Ltd, trading as the London Photo Show, can use the image entered on London Photo Show social media channels, on our website and at the exhibition as well as for marketing purposes. We will credit you as the photographer where possible.
Communication with the winner will be done though the email address given with the entry. If no response is received within one month of notification the prize will be withdrawn.
36exp Photography Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend the competition at any time.
Your entry fee is non-refundable 14 days after the date we receive it or not at all if you enter within 14 days of the exhibition start date.
The competition is run by 36exp Photography Ltd, and has no relationship with any of the websites of publications in which it is advertised.
All entries to the competition will be printed at approximate size of 15cm x 10cm and displayed in the gallery with your name. These prints will be disposed of after the exhibition
The winning print must be collected from the gallery at the end of the last day of the exhibition. It will not be possible to store or post these prints unless prior arrangement and payment for postage is covered.
