1. By entering and making full payment you guarantee your place in the London Photo Show on the advertised date.
2. You retain copyright and full ownership of the images.
3. We reserve the right to refuse you entry if we deem the subject matter is unsuitable e.g. images of a sexual nature or particularly gruesome nature.
4. After making payment you have 14 days to change your mind and receive a full refund. After this period your payment is non-refundable but you can transfer your place to another person. If you book your place within 14 days of the exhibition start date, your payment is non-refundable 24 hours after you make it.
5. If the show is cancelled for any reason you will be refunded in full, and no further compensation will be available.
6. We would like to use your images on our website, social media channels and in printed materials to promote the show. We will credit you as the photographer. Please advise us if you do not wish your images to be used for this purpose.
7. If you sell your images during the show the sale will be managed directly between you and the purchaser.
8. You are responsible for getting your prints to the exhibition at the specified time, and collecting them at the specified time. Failure to do so may mean your images are not displayed, and if you don’t collect them they may be destroyed or donated.
9. Images will be arranged by us in the gallery as we deem best suits the images and the gallery space.
10. Images can be supplied in any format that can reasonably be attached to a wall.
11. A maximum of 6 images can be displayed in a regular space, 10 images in a large space and 15 in an extra large space. If you provide too many prints or images which are too large to fit reasonably in your space we won’t be able to display them all.
12. We recommend that you insure your work against loss or damage. We are not liable for loss or damage to prints.
13. By delivering your prints to the show you are entrusting us with your artwork. If one of your prints is accidentally damaged during installation we will inform you of this straight away and work with you to get an alternative, but the cost must be met by you or your insurance.
14. If you cannot get your prints to the gallery on the installation date the best option is for us to handle the printing for you. It is not possible to deliver prints prior to the show or to a different address. Prints must be delivered between 10.30am and 12.30pm on the installation day.
15. If you do not collect your prints on the specified times at the end of the show we can pack and ship them to you at a cost of £100 plus postage and packaging costs.
