‘In the heart of Gilgit-Baltistan, nestled within the breathtaking landscapes of Northern Pakistan, my lens captured a series of candid portraits and landscapes that encapsulate the essence of the region.
These photographs were taken during my K2 Base Camp Trek, where the vibrant spirit of the locals and the majesty of the landscape shone through.
As I wandered through Askole, our the local inhabitants warmly embraced the opportunity to share their authentic expressions with me. Their genuine personalities and unfiltered emotions are vividly showcased in each portrait.
Through this collection, I aim to transport viewers to the heart of Baltistan and the Karakorum Mountains, inviting them to connect with the untamed beauty of the area and the candid human connections that make it truly special.’
