2017 Edition of the London Photo Show Open for Entries Giving Emerging Photographers An Incredible Opportunity
The London Photo Show is back for a third run, giving photographers eager to showcase their work an incredible opportunity to reach a wide audience and network with members of the public, the media and industry professionals.
The show is the brainchild of the 36exp Photographers’ School and was born when the founders realised that too many great images weren’t being seen. As a result, the show offers a unique platform for aspirational photographers to showcase their work and build a buzz about their images.
Building on the success of the two previous sold out shows, this year’s exhibition promises to be even bigger and better than ever. With a prime London location and the ability to connect with photography buyers and art lovers, entering the show gives keen photographers the perfect way to exhibit their work. The diversity of the images displayed, from landscape photos to abstract shots, guarantees that the show draws a large and varied audience. As well as a chance to get feedback and even sell images, the London Photo Show will also award a number of prestigious accolades recognising the best images.
Andrew Mason, founder of the London Photo Show, said “After we received such a great response from the last show, we’ve got even bigger plans this year, giving more photographers the chance to display their art. It’s tough for photographers to get their work seen, but the London Photo Show offers them an amazing chance to put their work in a well-known, prominent, central London gallery. It’s just what these photographers need to build their profile and get noticed.”
Exhibitors will also get an opportunity to showcase their work to friends and family at the launch event. Promising to be an excellent evening with a fun, creative atmosphere, over 150 guests will be in attendance on the 19th October. The guest list also includes press and event sponsors, bloggers and the media, providing an unrivalled networking opportunity.
The London Photo Show will be open to the public from the 18th October – 22nd October, at the Strand Gallery in central London. It is minutes from Charing Cross and Embankment stations.
